Language Supp Ukraina – free Polish language education online for refugees
Language Supp Ukraina is a pro bono initiative that aims to teach the Polish language online for free to the children of refugees from Ukraine on a mass scale.
The project is based on 3 main pillars:
Comprehensive online platform: based on our experience, we have built an online platform that allows student, teacher, and parent registration, course listing, course sign-ups, as well as participation in online classes.
Professional curriculum: We prepare courses at A1, A2, and B1 levels. Each course lasts for 12 weeks and consists of 2 blocks of 90 minutes per week. The number of students participating in the classes is up to 6 people per group and students are 6 to 18 years of age.
Constant monitoring and evaluation: each student begins their learning with us by taking a placement test. At the end of each 12-week period, students take progress tests. We constantly analyse the results to verify the effectiveness of our model.
